Remove prescribed accounts

Can you please help me remove all this prescribed accounts ACCOUNT NO: ***,ACCOUNT NO: *** under my name as I contacted NCR AND reads as follows :Kindly note that in terms of Section 72 of the NCA you have the right to access and challenge credit records and information, in which you may lodge a formal complaint with the credit bureau, in which the listing must be masked until the challenge has been resolved.

The credit bureau report must provide credible evidence to support the listing and if same cannot be provided, the listing must be removed.this is from NCR
