Regional manager insulting and threatening customers

I purchased a bed with credit last week at Pretoria store and then my sister recieved a call from a regional manager by the name of Thandi. Firstly she put my sister in a compromising situation where my sister has to agree to things she doesn't know. She threatened to come and take the furniture for what reasons I don't know. I haven't started paying. Now I'm forced to pay off the furniture just because they threatened to come and take the bed. What kind of professionals is that? How can you demand to collect furniture without any valid reasons. Unfortunately I don't want to loose the furniture because I know that I will be able to pay it accordingly. Now I'm forced to pay a certain amount that I don't have because of the threats. And funny part is she didn't even make contacts with to explain everything but she insulted my sister and told her where to get off. I still don't understand why is she doing this? It's best they just close that shop because at the same time they are expecting the staff to make sales? How while she is threatening customers? And again my credit store is fine, so how come the staff can temper with my personal information because my credit is determined by the system? If you don't want to sell. Just close that shop People with high position at they misuse it just because they are in higher position. Lewis store you better rethink the position of that lady because she is ruining the image of the store.
