Regarding the way a Pensioner is Being Treated, regarding a Pensioner Account at Lewis Lenasia Stores

I trust you are well, kindly be advised I would like to make a payment arrangement for my Mum Angeline Naidoo, who has not been well, she has been unable to pay for the few months, as she was very ill and couldn't breathe, I would like Lewis Management to please make a reasonable arrangement as my mum is a Pensioner who survives on a Government pension, may you please make an arrangement my Mum Angeline Naidoo urgently, As my mum received this notification early on today of Pre legal. May you please assist Urgently. It's not that my mum doesn't want to pay, she was very ill and had to pay Dr bills and for her medication, may you please make a reasonable arrangement which my mum will be able to pay every month from her pension:
