REFUSAL TO FIX THE BROKEN FRIDGE

After a year THE fridge stopped to work. The freezer as well as the top part do not set. I called Lewis Store to come and check it, possible to take it and FIX it. They came and check it and promise to come and collect it till now they have not come and now they are harassing us for payment. I now want justice I can't pay something which is not working.
