REFUND REQUESTED, NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED!!!

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with Lewis stores customer service. I made a payment to Lewis stores 5 days ago, I however discovered later on that it was more that the money I was owing. I've written emails to them but I am yet to receive advise from them in getting my money back. It is upsetting because if it was the other way around I would have been receiving calls and massages from them on a daily basis. It is also concerning that lewis only sees it fit to respond when you write a review here but never respond when you communicate with them privately.
