Refund from Lewis Store

I bought three items and only two items were delivered. When I make follow up with the outstanding item, I was told I cannot be assisted if I do not have the copy of the delivery note. My contact number is ***. I hope hello Peter will assist with the refund for the other item that was not delivered.
