Lewis is double debiting and account that was successfully paid now and now I'm struggling to get my refund

13 Aug 2025, 13:36The branch manager of Lewis (Abi) branch in Eldorado Park promised to call me back yesterday at 2pm his waiting for feedback From head office and till date he never called me. Every time I call them then I hear his busy ,his busy assisting other clients but can't assist me as a paying customer, I want to close my existing acc and don't want any business with this pathetic store...Can head office pay my money back immediately
