Refund

Very bad treatment I received from Lewis Store Mitchell`s Plain including their Head office. Last month I went to the store to change my banking details, Well come 25th they debited on both my bank accouts. When I asked for refund they said I should get it in 2 days, it s more than 2 weeks now, when I call the branch spoke to Manager Sherin, she shouted at me saying she was not in the office. They very rude, dropping my calls.
