Reckless lending to a poor old man

My gardener who works for me once or twice a month recently told me about the harassment from Bears to come and repossess his furniture. After checking through his account i realized that he's been taken for a ride because:

No fully signed credit agreement could be given (only partially signed) No Full statements could be provided Continues threats by turning up to his little shack to repossess overly expensive furniture It's clear from the little income he has that he cannot afford such debt He is illiterate and nobody can tell me how the credit agreement was explained or agreed The credit agreement is extremely complicated and even with a decent level of experience in finances i could still not decipher the agreement It's a clear case of reckless lending to this man with so little income

I've now given his case over to the NCA and lodged an official complaint for reckless lending on his behalf seeing that he gave me power of attorney on his account.
