re: previous complaint

I would like to now wat happened to my previous complaint with regard with lewis wherebywe where victimised because of a complaint we laid with hello peter. Currently I am being ambushed by a lady frm head office by the name of noziwe to pay an amount of r5000 as my account is in areas bt den da amount of r5000 which is areas is of a bed that costs r4000 nd I hav a bed dat cost r3000, how do I pay for Smethng I dnt have and y shud I get threatened for laying a complaint. My right is being violated nd how do I pay such a huge amount for snethng dat I hav of a lower amount. Please help me out regarding ths issue
