R 3000 meat down the drain thanks to Lewis

About 3 months ago my husband I bought Some furniture from Lewis in Kathu at the Shoprite centre. on Monday. the fridge we bought, started making a noise. I assumed that It was the fan So I called the stone and they told me that they will call me as soon as the technicians are back from Van Zyls rus. TWO hours later I have still not heard from them so I phone again. THIS TIME They tell me that there is no one who can help me and I will have to wait TWO WEEKS for the technicians. I then put in a complaint at head officeonly to be told the same.I spoke to my lawyerand only then did theyreact and phone me.Promising me someone Will be out that day.I AM STILLWAITING!NOW my meet is defrosting and I have not heard a word! very disappointed
