<p>Laid a complaint with Lewis stores with my washing machine.</p> <p>Want to give a very big thank you for the quick response in not fixing the problem but replacing the machine with a new one.</p> <p>All of this resolved in less than a week.</p> <p>Great and friendly service</p> <p>Thank you</p>
