PUTRID SERVICE FROM LEWIS STORE

After fighting with Lewis Store (Stellenbosch) for a few weeks to collect my R20 000 couches that had to be repaired, i am now fighting to get it back as it was collected a month ago. To date there was no communication from Lewis to advise what is happening, keeping me informed. I had and still have to call to enquire, and the only answer i get is we will get back to you...like in never!!!! Then they have the audacity to call my husband to purchase from them again, after this putrid service received from them. The way i feel i would like to return this R20 000 couches and get whatever monies we paid back, as the customer service has run out the door. How can such a well known establishment have such putrif service delivery!!!! I am unhappy and angry that our hard earned money must be taken for granted like this. Not even an apology or anything from them, after i had written a review on this platform, where i was requested to provide more information, after all the information was in the review!!!!
