Purchase of a recliner chair

In Nov 2012 I purchase a Metro recliner chair cash from Lewis Store in Odendaalsrus which I paid cash for. This chair was replaced three times in the first 2 months with defects, Lewis store refused to replace it with a other type of recliner. During April 2015 this chair is broken again, I am well aware the guarantee on this chair is only one year but paying R3500.00 you expect better service out of such item. I bought this to the attention of the local branch, who refer me to their complaints dept. Neither was willing to help or give me the contact details of the manufacturer to tell them about my complains.
