Todays interaction with Daleen from Uth. Branch 290 and Johan Lu**** the Regional Head of Lewis stores was the best customer service experience ive had of late!What a pleasure it is to deal with someone like Daleen with a passion for customer service!This lady has proved again and again that shes most capable to add value to the lives of customers! She phoned me today and promised to resolve my query by any means necessary.Within an hour of conversing with her i received a call from the Regional Head of Lewis stores,Mr. Johan Lu**** who approached my situation with the utmost respect,patience and customer centric approach.Mr. Lu**** promised to attend to my query immediately and this matter has been resolved before COB today.As a customer service orientated person in sales as well,Im always on the lookout for this kind of experiences and it does not get any better than this!I will remain a loyal Lewis customer!This is what customer service is about!Putting your customers first!10 out of 10 for Lewis Stores today..keep up the good work!
