Problem with washing machine witjin six months of purchase.

We bought a top loader washing machine at lewis kriel and within 6 months of purchase its already giving us problems, we went to the store to report the matter.They promised to come and take the machine back to fix it within that week, but they never did, they didnt even call us to update about why they didn't come we have to always go to their store to ask for updates.This is boring and time consuming. Their costomer service sucks
