Pretoria North Lewis stores

I have an account with Lewis stores in the Pretoria North. I sent a complaint Three months ago about my fridge the glass of the fridge just cracked on its own and now it looks like shattered glass on the fridge as the glass is still in tact on the fridge but its shattered on the fridge I even sent photos and now it's three months and no one has rep**** or helped me in any way. I'm so disappointed in their services it's not good at all I'm still waiting to be helped with my fridge problem to this day really!!
