Prescription letter

No prescription letter until now.been promised but it ends there .7 year old dept that has prescribed but everytime i call im told about legad department.why are they keeping my prescription letter? My life is on hold i cant get out of dept review because of this letter they are holding,my life is on standstill 😡😡😡😡
