POPI ACT

I just had your consultants over at my home. My personal information was lashed out here in my road.

They came here, i had a R780 balance i had to pay.

I paid R450 on their 1st arrival. They came back now to get the other money and the one lady just started to scream my name aloud even though i was just 3 meters away from her. I told my daufhter to tell her that she must wait but then she continued to shout my name even louder. I told her that im workimg from home and then she lashed out again, screaming on top of her voice that I am drunk. Shouting that I am drunk my wife gave me R1000 to pay and I only gave R450. She then continue to say that im next door by my neighbour and thats where im drinking.

Then she started shouting. Give me my money or I take my furniture back. Shouting on top of her voice how i come with sobby stories to her shop why i vant make full payments.

Then i took out my phone and started to record her, I asked her about the POPI act and she immediately became calm.

I am not gonna put her or the stores name here. Im.in retail to so im aware of the POPI act.

I am taking this up with FICA and Cresit Ombudsman.

I have video proof pics and affidavits from the onlookers who were present
