Poor very poor service

I've made payment arrangements with Lewis to make both my accounts one and than they should debit it all at once. For the past 2 months Lewis did not follow the arragements and only debited one account and i was not aware of it untill they called me to say that i am in arrears. I complaint in January 2024 about the broken wardrops and mirror they only came to take the mirror in January 2025. And i am still with broken funiture that i bought from them but are very quik to call for arrears.
