poor to no service from lewis store

i bought a bed from Lewis stores in Ventersdorp 29/09/2022 and they promised to deliver it to Tlaseng Village, Rustenburg. They failed to deliver the bed after 4 days and opted for a refund since they were unable to deliver. its been 2 weeks they are still processing my refund. everyday expect you payment tomorrow
