poor services

I bought a bed at Lewis Furniture in Newcastle that was on Sale approximately three months ago, the sale person didn't tell me the terms and conditions of the bed. she only tell me the 10 years warranty. I went to the store to complain it was then when i was told that the bed is for visitor and children. I told them that spring of the bed on the side were not in good condition even if it was used be visitors or children because this thing happened on the first day If I was told about the terms and conditions of the bed on the first day I was going to change and buy the one not on sale. but the sales person all she cares about was making commission or sales for the store. I had money to buy the expensive but rights were taken away from me.
