So disappointed with this business. Signed a contract for 12 months and paying a 12 months amount. Went to Lewis store Khayelitsha in February to settle and close the account I opened in June 29 2024. Went there again today and no assistance whatsoever for this to be rectified. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. No transparency . You call the customer care they say a different thing and go to the store and they say a different this. I want the agreement I agreed upon in June last year which is 12 months not the 36 months because according to me I am done. ****y service!!!!!
