Poor service of Lewis stores

Ever since president cyril ramaphosa announced the lockdown Lewis stores has been harresing me with sms's stating that I can pay at shoprite boxer and ect. Today I have received a sms just now around 17:33 state that my account is overdue. They deduct every month out of my account and all of a sudden they been sending irrated sms's over my account. Nonetheless I have been paying them ever since and now all of sudden they starting by sending me sms that my account is overdue. Lewis always do this and I hate it cause they are deducting out of my account. I don't receive any statements from them I have to call in ask how much is my outstanding balance.

My account is not even in arrears but I'm receiving sms's ever since the President announce the lockdown.

Bad service and poor communication.
