POOR SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER LEWS STORE IN JHB CBD

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Lewis Store]. After purchasing a bedroom suite in full and in cash on 31 December 2021/22, I expected not only a quality product but also basic customer service—both of which have been shockingly absent.

Despite spending my hard-earned money and trusting your store with my business, I have received no support or assistance with delivery problems, damaged items, missing parts, etc. I have reached out multiple times, only to be met with excuses, delays, and a complete lack of responsibility from the store manager.

It is unacceptable for a reputable business to treat its customers this way, especially after receiving full payment upfront. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately. If this matter is not addressed within 7 days], I will have no choice but to escalate it further through consumer protection channels and share this negative experience publicly.
