Poor Service

Good Day I have Paid Lewis every month But My account is showing in arrears again Lewis is the first to debit my account but they never update the correct information, I am struggling to build my credit score because of such nonsense.. Month after month I need to fight for accurate updates. And even Then they tell me I am in the rears The call center agents are no help and keep hanging up on me. I am tired of this company I regret even taking credit with this company.. With the above I have almost loss a very big contract for a new business I want to start up,getting on my feet for the business my credit score was infected by Lewis and their listings. Up to date no feedback from them nor is my credit score rectified accordingly. I have phoned several times with no luck,everytime I must phone them due to poor client service over the phone or them saying they will phone back and don't. I want this rectified asap because my current income status is taking the nock for their *********** workforce.
