Poor service

I bought a Plasma TV at Lewis store Khayelitsh Mall in September 2020 this year March the TV was broken I returned it and it was returned back after a month of repairs and it broke again, I returned it again it took another month of repairs and was brought to me again after they repaired it, It broke again and it is still with the store for repairs I have lost count of how many times this TV has broke, I even tried to negotiate with them that they must give me a new TV then I can pay the difference from the price of the one I bought, they do not want to accept this deal, now I am very hurt and sad at their poor service, it has made me to think that they sell second hand stuff to customers because I do not understand how a new TV set can be broken in such a short period of time.
