Poor service ever I wouldn't even recommend you to my worse enemy

Poor service I ever experienced in my whole life I paid out my account of the amount of R6477 on the 12 of February and I ask that the 2 sub accountas to be closed because I want nothing to do with Lewis n when I check on my APP is says I have 1 month errers for February. How did that happen coz my accounts are close you guys better have a better answer because my credit score keeps going down because of you since 2019 you guys said I haven't paid for a year I went to you branch with statements to show that I havw been paying you said you will fix it but it went on and on. Now the account is close but you guys are still behind my back what's is wrong with you guy why do you keep doing this to my credit score
