Poor service Delivery Poor condition of goods

Purchased a fridge and laptop on terms fridge has given us problems from day one rubber was replaced in the fridge due to it being under warranty by Defy still no joy. Freezer has to have a bottle in front of it to keep it closed spoke to branch manager sent complaint no urgency missing payments now due to this and I'm sent a reminder every day but my constant reminders to come repair my fridge is being ignored very poor service delivery and goods not up to standard
