POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!

Bought a bed two weeks ago at the Lewis at Boitumelo mall in Thabong(Welkom) and the bed was faulty,the bed was exchanged with another bed,which also happened to faulty,it's been two weeks since I've been waiting for the bed to be retrieved,so I can get my refund.Every time I visit the store to inquire about the retrieval of the bed,the manager always tells 3that they'll send people to pick the bed up..The bed I'm currently using affects my health.Lewis please attend to this matter urgently so I can get my refund to buy a new bed elsewhere..
