Poor service

Lewis service is really poor, after reporting to them of the ******* they have done to me by debiting money from my account without delivering the promised goods. They are failing to reimburse my hard earned money nor deliver the goods. And they telling me stories that they do not have enough cash in their register but it was not hard for them debit it.

I think i will have to involve SAPS to resolve this matter for me because Lewis is now failing.
