Poor service by Lewis Staff

I have never been this furious about a company's that employed managers that does not care about the company's image, lewis is ****ming me right now. I took furniture at Butterworth lewis fingoland mall and since I noticed that I was behind I decided to do a weekly payment, now they are deducting everytime there's money in my account and the bank can't cancel the debicheck....I have a R2500 refund due to me and that I reported on the 8th September, today it's the 16 September no refund received. LEWIS customer care as well the agent by the name Deidre who has my case are very inconsiderate of the customers as long as they get the money including the manager at Butterworth Lewis . He even stopped responding when I enquire about my refund...
