Poor service at Lewis Stores Cofimvaba branch

In August 2020 my sister and I bought a bed at Lewis Stores at Cofimvaba branch. The bed was delivered and we saw that the bed was damaged and I quickly went to the branch to let them know that the bed is damaged. They promised to change it until today. What a poor service from Lewis and I'm so disappointed
