Poor service at Lewis Hebron mall

Hebron mall Lewis is a nightmare, i put a laybye for couches at Lewis Hebron mall in September, October when i went to get them they said they are out of stock and the available couches are on floor couldn't take them as i needed something new or nothing, requested my money back and now they are giving me a round around, i paid cash but now they said a week back that they will have to transfer the money into my account and it will take 7 working days, to this very day my money is not yet in my account, this is frustrating and tiring, now i have to go back to them and beg them to give me my money, i am very disappointed at Lewis, people warned me about the store and i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but now i see what they meant...i am definitely not buying at any Lewis anymore
