Poor Service at Lewis

My boyfriend bought Amelia MK2 6Door robe beige at Lenasia Lewis Cash It was delivered with a cracked door. I have laid a complaint with Lewis contact center they promised to call me back, but no one called. The store consultants told my boyfriend that they have received stock in December and they will come and replace the door, Up until today no one came and no one called. I am disgusted by the service of this store, and feel disrespected.Please assist
