Poor service and treatment

I bought a bed for my mother and now it’s coming out *****s all around, we then reported to the store early this year, called, my aunt and uncle went and we were told someone will come and take pictures and after several visits they told only sent someone two months later. We were told they’ll come back to us and they didn’t I had to call again and I must say one of the employees was nice and tried to help and also mention the manager of the store didn’t show interest and was not helpful at all. Till this day she never called or provided any update but Litha is the one that tried to follow up with this query. Even now I sent emails and the supplier can’t reach the store . My mother is a pensioner, with high blood pressure and leg amputated we changed that mattress for her not to be injured unfortunately the wires are all over and injuring her. I need intervention on this issue and would like to send trail of emails I’ve sent and even now they haven’t responded even when the supplier ask for dates to be clarified. I pay the doctors bill and those wires are huge and they cut her I am pleading for intervention and assistant please this is frustrating.
