Poor service and quality

I'm so disappointed in the service delivery. I've purchase a home theater, Panasonic from lewis to the value of R10000. To my surprise even before i made my first monthly payment the system broke. I did contact lewis and the system was handed in to be review by the supplier. I felt because in such a sort time the system broke. I felt it could be swopped with a new system as this system is still new Obvious there had to be an manufacturing fault with this system because it broke in such short time. Only after 2 weeks the answer I received is that they must order the parts to fix the problem It's clear to me that I can't trust this unit as there was already a fault in such a short time since i bought the unit. I feel they can contact me to resolve this matter but the only answer I get is to be patient I'm paying for something that i dont have any use for I will never refer any person to Lewis HJ Pieterse ***
