Poor service and missleading information

We bought double bed and wadrop which was delivered and there never tell us that the won't install the wadrop same time We did a follow up with sales agent There keep on saying there will send people for installation but there never sent anyone till today We want to take it back everything to the store now The manger misslead us telling we taking insurance for the goods which was not true there were pushing for funeral cover
