Poor service and lies

<p>On the 20th December we visited Lewis furniture store, Greytown branch, and were assisted by Kenneth Tsibande who **** to us and ******* us by taking the cash we paid for the furniture we wanted and when they had to deliver,it was a day late, showing the lie of same day delivery , was incorrect and had parts that were broken. when we went back to the shop to complain we found out that the couches we requested were never available in stock. After endless lies from Tsibande he promised to get the correct furniture delivered on the 22nd and it was never delivered. The disrespect and lies from Tsibande was outrageous and disappointing and people such as him should not be working or providing a service. He has a poor work ethic and needs to be dealt with accordingly for the inconvenience he caused.</p>
