Poor service and furniture of poor quality.

On the 18th of October 2024 I bought a Hudson lounge suite.In December I notice that cotton was coming out of the suites especially in the armrest and at the back .I wrote an email to them notifying them about my problem.They called and said there will replace the suite in January because their warehouse is closed for December.This Month I had to be the one calling to remind them about my problem.They promise to come with the new sofa to replace the one that is too damaged.On the day of delivery they changed the story and said they will collect the sofa and try and fix it and they will return it in a week .Till today my sofa is still with them,I’m so angry because I bought the lounge suite cash R19000.I’m not owing them anything.A word of advise stay away from Lewis.
