Poor service

Unsatisfactory service by Lewis as a whole, i signed a contract on the 6th December 2023 with them for some goods which they said all will be delivered same day and until today i have not received any goods and i asked them to cancel the entire thing but they have debited for those goods. I feel very ****ed by they way this is being handled by the Lewis Store(Khayelitsha) staff. They are in breach of the contract i have signed with them because you cannot be debiting without receiving the Goods.

And the Khayelitsha staff is soo unprofessional in handling this including the Manager. Their service is poor poor. And i would recommend anyone to purchase anything from Lewis.
