Poor Service

Wow, for a first time buyer I've never been so disappointed... even the person who referred me to Lewis i won't ever talk to him. Opened an account with Lewis last week, bought a washing machine with total credit of R18k which I don't have a problem with, upon my delivery I wasn't home, was at work... it was Tuesday. On Wednesday I tested the machine only to find out that the water flows in and out at the same time, no washing at all, called they said they gonna come. They didn't come, i then went to protea glen branch, they said they gonna come. Today its sunday!!! Can I please ask, this is how you treat customers? Mean like even first time customers ain't y'all ashamed? Can I please tell you something guys, come month end I won't pay ****. Thank you
