Poor service

I app**** online for credit at Lewis, eventually it was approved. Upon signing the contract no copy was given to me I was given a blanket that I requested should come with the items when delivering. Upon delivery the microwave was wrapped with plastic wrapper, the contract and the blanket were also not delivered, just the delivery note. I called the store to tell them that is didn’t get my contract, my free blanket and the microwave isn’t in a condition I can accept they said they’ll arrange for me to get it and seemingly they arranged for a debicheck mandate with the branch closest to me. Upon the debicheck mandate I asked if the branch sent has the microwave they said yes then I asked why didn’t they bring the microwave and take the wrapped one when coming for the mandate they said the groblersdal asked them to do the mandate only. I’m so disappointed
