Poor service

I’ve been calling Lewis and monarch since last week and this week theres a lady called Onela who asked me to send her my bank statement for my refund and to this day she hasn’t called and I’ve been calling with no answer my mom is also trying to cancel her brother from the policy as he passed away and next week it’s her date we tired of being taken for fools
