Poor service

Can't believe how *********** Lewis staff can be.

I made them a settlement offer on my account in September 2019. They accepted and I paid. I received a paid in full letter in September.

Now in December they listed me again with transunion. When I phoned them they apparently know nothing about the settlement. I have all the emails as proof but they don't respond
