Poor Service

I bought a Table, chairs and wardrobe last year at Lewis Stores Noupoort, Northern Cape. I had it for only 3 months. The quality of the products is really poor. The table and chairs are all broken and the wardrobe are falling to pieces. I am still paying insurance on all products but Lewis Stores refuse to fix or replace the goods. They said they would come and take pictures and pick it up to fix but I am still waiting till this day.
