Poor service

My father couldn't pay his account for 2 months due to covid and other personal reasons which is not an excuse I told the ladies that I (Daughter) will try and pay at least R400 every month they say I can't they want all the installment which is R640 Friday I was called by my little sister telling me Lewis is at our house and they want the money now I told them i don't have it now, came back home later and they reposessed the Tv I don't want anything to do with Lewis you guys can keep the Tv I wonder who are you going to sell the used tv to you guys have poor service.
