Poor service

I bought a stove with oven in December and now the stove is not working because the power cable is burnt, I returned the stove to the Chatham branch in Mthatha where I had bought the stove, they sent an agent to fix it and the agent said that defy has declined the claim so I must fix the stove myself and I must pay him R800 to fix the stove, as I was desparate for the stove to work I paid sthe agent but still the stove is not working and some parts have been removed.
