Poor service

<p>I've been struggling with Lewis for a year now.</p> <p>We bought a TV and a fridge last year when we got home the TV was faulty I sent it black and we have never received the TV till to date. I called and went to Lewis palm springs store I'm even tired now. Yesterday I called and spoke to zama nzimande*store manager* he promised to call me back before the end of the day yesterday but he didn't today I've been trying to call them no one answers the phone. </p> <p>Wow this is amazing. </p>
