Poor service

I bought Bailey 3 pcs lounger suite for R20 000 16months ago now is torn.i went to my nearest Lewis store to lay my complaint since is still under warranty,I was kept there for hours without help only to be told I must call customer complaints after sitting there for hours,my hard earned R20 000 gone just like that
